We are looking for someone driven and a self-starter to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Associate/Manager.
Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to enhance the firm’s content strategy, including positioning and narrative and increase the firm’s audience and engagement on all marketing channels with our key audience·
Responsibilities:
- Create short-term and long-term marketing strategies for Nclude.
- Work with Nclude partners and portfolio company executives to support creation of thought leadership content.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Develop targeted collateral and presentations for pitching Nclude’s market development capabilities to potential investment targets.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate the firm, drive awareness, and contribute to the success of all portfolio companies.
- Proactively seek and lead opportunities on a variety of content programs - including blog posts series, case studies, reports, events, and develop campaigns around new and existing initiatives.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading pitches, press releases and other content to ensure quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles.
- Tracking and reporting on media coverage and relationships, website analytics and social media to present progress on marketing and communications plan.
- Maintain and update corporate website with goal of keeping content up-to-date, fresh and consistent with overall communications strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing role with a preference for those in the financial or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the overall marketing communications mix
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven project management and execution experiences
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
- Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge
